Montgomery County Fish and Game Club (MCFGC) was established in 1976 to teach, encourage, and promote sportsmanship in a variety of outdoor recreational activities. A focal point is support of shooting sports in Montgomery County, Kentucky and surrounding areas. We are extremely grateful to Rumpke Corporation for donating the club location as well as the generous support over the years.
MCFGC is a non-profit organization that supports youth groups, such as 4-H. We currently have 350 members (maximum capacity) based on our annual membership.
Our ranges are not open to the public except for scheduled events as published on the club calendar. We offer public trap shooting on Friday and Monday, rifle competitions such as Auto Bench Rest Association (ABRA) matches, and monthly Steel Challenge Shooting Association (SCSA) matches.
A monthly meeting is conducted at the clubhouse on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm. Members are encouraged to attend to learn about club updates and offer feedback.
