Welcome to our new members!

The 2026 sign-up day was completed on Saturday, 2/14/26, after a one week weather delay. All open slots were filled, so there are no vacancies for new members.

The next annual sign-up day is scheduled for Saturday, 2/6/2027. In the meantime, prospective members are encouraged to participate in events open to the public as displayed on our calendar.

Due to the hill still being iced over, we have to move the Club Meeting to the Jeffersonville Sheriff’s Office, located next to Traditional Bank. Address is below:

Due to recent weather conditions and the forecast for the coming week, we have assessed the hill at the range and determined that it is not safe to have vehicles traveling up and down the hill this Saturday.

As a result, the sign-ups have been rescheduled for Saturday, February 14th at 8:00 AM.

If you know anyone who was planning to attend, we would appreciate your help in sharing this update with them. This notice will also be posted on our Facebook page and website.

(2/3/26) This event has been postponed to Saturday, 2/14/26, due to weather conditions and the forecast for the coming week.

The following Facebook post announced details about our annual sign-ups. Visit our Facebook page for the latest news about the event, especially regarding inclement weather.

2026 membership renewals started 1 January and will end on 31 January.

An email was sent to current members on 12/6/2025, regarding renewal details, such as the increased dues: $150, or $100 for disabled veterans and members 65 or older.

An email was sent to current members on 1 January with the same information plus a payment link to conveniently renew membership online.

New membership sign-ups will occur on Saturday, 2/7/2026.

Due to weather conditions, the club meeting tonight is cancelled.

***UPDATED LOCATION***

Due to the conditions of the hillside at the club, the January meeting will be at the Civic Center tomorrow night at 7pm. Address is 108 East Locust Street, Mt Sterling.

2024 membership renewals start soon! Current members should refer to the email from our Club Secretary/Treasurer on 11/26/23 for payment instructions. Renewals start 12/1/2023 and are available until 1/27/2024.

New member applications will be accepted on Saturday, 2/3/2024, at the Clubhouse. The number of available openings will be based on how many current members do not renew by the due date.
